Charter FAQs

50% of the total payment due is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the charter. If the reservation is made within 14 days, then the full amount is due to secure your reservation.

None! We’ll provide you with a list of pre-approved captains for you to choose from. You are welcome to bring your own licensed captain. You will be responsible to pay the captain’s fees + any tips directly to the captain at the end of the charter.

We do not cancel trips and offer refunds for rain. If it is deemed unsafe to sail due to extreme weather, then a full refund will be issued, or the trip can be rescheduled for a later date.

Pier 7 Resort Marina allows 1 car per charter to park inside the marina gate. All other cars must park outside the gate in the upper portion of the restaurant parking lot. CSI Marina does not allow parking. Once guests and gear is dropped off all cars must be relocated to a lot outside the marina.

We offer custom trips ranging from 3-8 hours or overnights. See our list of sailing charter packages or contact us to put together a custom itinerary for your trip.

The yacht, all her amenities, parking, access to the marina pool, restrooms and showers are all included in the trip cost. Fuel is included for single day but not for multi-day charters.

The captain’s fees and tip and any additional dockage fees and provisions (food/drinks) are not included in the trip cost. Fuel is included for single day but not for multi-day charters.

Some of the boats allow pets, please ask about which ones.

No, smoking is not allowed on the yachts. Vaping is permitted above deck.

Sprayable sunscreen is not allowed on any of the yachts, only lotions. Red wine and other dark colored juices or drinks are not allowed on the yachts. Any stains from either will require special cleaning services and are subject to additional fees paid by the charterer.

You are always welcome to bring your own drinks and precooked food! The galley’s appliances are available to keep food warm and drinks cold but are not to cook with during single day charters. Bring sunscreen (lotion only, no sprays) and bathing suits if you would like to lay out and/or stop for a swim. And always plan to bring water! It can get pretty hot out there during the summers!
