Ashley has been sailing and on boats since the womb, growing up in a sailing family in New Jersey. Ever since moving to Annapolis in 2008, she’s been producing sailing regatta coverage, making videos about sailing, competing in national and world-level sailing events and driving a film boat for a living. She got her captains license in the last few years to be able to share her love of the water with even more people. From teaching middle-school age kids power boating safety to teaching boat-handling skills to adults at boat shows to moving sailboats up and down the east coast, Ashley’s having a blast being a seafarer in so many different ways.
